I love this practice! Everyone is so friendly and caring. I had a very good experience when I had a tooth extraction and bone graft recently. Dr Aiken was very personable but also very professional! He explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions. I had no pain during the procedure and have had no discomfort afterwards. I was referred to Dr. Shessel by my awesome dentist Dr.Guillaume, For extraction two 71 year old faithful wisdom teeth …not a happy thought & divorce from my 2 loyal friends. Dreading the experience, surprisingly my sorrow turned to joy, after being treated by Dr Shessel and his team. He was very personable, knowledgeable and caring… explicitly explaining in detail the process prior to surgery what was going to happen. He displayed compassion & warmth thereby decreasing my anxiety and increasing my comfort. Level. On the day of surgery, the prep process & procedure was smooth , clearly explained as implemented. My end result has been great, with minimal to no pain or bleeding …no narcotics needed. The evening of the surgery Dr. Shessel Personally called me and my wife to see if I was good. Bottom line if you or your family member needs oral surgery , Dr. Shessel & staff is a Top Choice! I strongly recommend this team.
